(17th Edition Centralized) Distribution Substation Terminal DTU YM-D800

The YM-D800 distribution substation terminal is widely used in switch stations, distribution rooms, ring main units, and packaged substations, enabling local monitoring, control, and fault current detection of switching devices. In conjunction with the primary or secondary station system for distribution automation, this terminal can perform measurement, control, fault detection, fault location, and fault zone isolation for multiple feeders, thereby reducing the scope of power outages and improving production efficiency. The terminal integrates protection, measurement, and line loss statistics into a single unit, meeting the functional requirements of the latest State Grid technologies for primary and secondary integration in distribution systems.

    The terminal is centered around a high-speed digital signal processor and integrates multiple functions—including circuit breaker control, analog signal acquisition, digital signal acquisition, and communication interfaces—achieving a high degree of integration. All components used are industrial-grade products, ensuring high reliability and making the terminal suitable for a wide range of harsh operating environments. The terminal features the following characteristics:

    • A wide variety of plugins are available, offering flexible expansion to meet the diverse needs of different users.

    • Equipped with comprehensive self-check, mutual-check, and error-alarm functions;

    • Supports data access and forwarding functions for other smart terminals (network tables, protection management units, DC power supplies);

    • The hardware employs isolation and protective measures, featuring strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and capable of operating reliably in a variety of harsh environments.

    Main functions

    • Remote signaling, remote measurement, remote control, remote pulse, and remote adjustment functions;

    • Fault detection and reset function;

    • Historical data storage: The master station can retrieve historical data, with a storage capacity exceeding 30 days. The device supports supplemental uploading of historical data even after power loss or communication interruption.

    • The communication point table can be configured flexibly;

    • Time synchronization function: Supports master station time synchronization, Beidou/GPS time synchronization, and SNTP time synchronization;

    • Self-diagnosis and self-recovery with board-level diagnostic capabilities, device fault alarms, and local indications;

    • Local and remote maintenance and upgrade capabilities;
